PAYMENTS
All purchase orders must be paid in full by credit card prior to shipping. Kapchair only accepts payments via VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and PAYPAL.

SHIPPING
Pre-Orders is estimated to be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any questions regarding your order can be answered by e-mailing us at info@kapchair.com

Please note, shipping time frames do not include our standard 1-2 business day processing time. Orders will be delivered based on the option chosen once the order has been processed and prepared by our facility. Shipping times reflect U.S. orders only.
